Brigades

During weeklong brigades, patients from Guachipilincito and surrounding areas are treated at the clinic by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. They receive preventive screenings and treatment for conditions such as diabetes, depression, and hypertension. In addition to consultations with medical professionals, patients are given an adequate supply of medications to last until the next brigade. Between brigades, our community health liaison ensures that patients are able to follow their prescribed treatment plans.
